FORCES OF EVIL. STALKS

FIL-AM WW-II VETERANS

AND U.S RETIREES

I begin this treatise by quoting a famous lawyer and writer, Gerry Spence, who wrote the book, “ From Freedom toSlavery.” What I shall convey were culled from sources that has a bearing on the title of this article.

“In this country, we embrace the myth that we are still a democracy when and we know that we are not a democracy, that we are not free, that the government does not - serve us, but subjugate us.”said Spence.

“Although we give lip service to the notion of freedom, we know the government is no longer the servant of the people but, at last, has become the people’s master.”

In the same token, another popular writer, William J. Lederer, who wrote the book, “The Ugly American,” and “A Nation of Sheep” said – “Are we a nation tranquilized by our own ignorance into a complacency that will soon be fatal?”

“Are we a nation of people afraid to speak up on popular issues? And a nation of sheep”?

Certainly not the US military retirees and veterans who will throw out the rascals in ingress come elections.

And another courageous writer, John A. Stormer, who wrote a book, entitled “None Dared Call it Treason,” who said, “For too long have been paralyzed by politics – nothing has been done about the real which threaten Americanmenace.”

I can go on and one citing these brave American authors – and the band still played on - while this once great nation sinks in the quagmire of immorality and revilement.

The particular case of the blatant maltreatment of the Filipino-American U.S Armed Forces servicemen – is only one of the outstanding victims of the rebirth of tyranny in America. It has been a tyranny of justice, of freedom, of fear, of poverty, of the media, and of time.

Pres. G.W, Bush, in his inaugural speech said he” would eradicate tyranny,” but he stands to show that through action and not elegant rhetoric. Reduction or elimination of benefit and pensions of military retirees and veterans still goes on like business as usual. Who is kidDing whom?

I add the treatise of another writer, Michael Parenti, who wrote the book, “Democracy for a Few.” that explored and considered conspiracies (by which he meant secret, unlawful, consciouslyplanned crimes by persons in high places) to be part of the arsenal of structural rule. It is no les than government lawlessness unchecked by the sovereign citizens in a supposed democracy.

Culled from the book, “People ofthe Lie,” by Dr. M. Scott Peck M.D. – We encounter evil everyday that evil people are easy to hate. However, he cautions us by remembering St. Augustine’s advice – “to hate the sin but to love the sinner,” (in the City of God.).

“We can not begin to hope to heal human evil until we are able to look at it directly. It is not a pleasant sight, and we see the dark side, in the large part about the darkest member of our human community – judged to be evil,” he said.

Fil-Am Victims of Hate

I intend to discuss this subject based on practical aspect FilipinoUSservicemen, conscripted by Pres. F. Roosevelt, a Constitutional act of involving the Filipino-American nationals in a war of the United States against Japan in 1941-45, were sentto Harms Way under slave wages, against Japan to basically protect U.S. imperial interests in the Philippines and Asia.

This article, however, deals with the natural instincts of men locked in a titanic struggle between the forces of good and evil, between God and the devil right innthi8s country. And the battle ground isthe human soul, according to Dr. Peck.

Pact With the Devil

“Forces that played in the struggle of Fil-Am WW-II , the Us military retirees and veterans in that made a pact with the in government, in excessive and compulsive neurosis who are on the side of God that seeks fairness through administration of Justinian law”.

Simple Case of Fraud

Background of this case was a simple demand for justice. Filipino U.S. nationals (actually U.S. citizens but were demoted to nationals despite born in the dominion) opined by Judge Harry Pregerson of the 9th Judicial Circuit Court. Racial discrimination existed.

These intrepid soldiers actively and loyally served blindly for the U.S flag, under American officers that misled (like the US military retirees) them upon being inducted into the United States Army in the Far East (USAFFE) against the invading Japanese Imperial Forces in 1941. and were mercilessly abandoned by the U.S. to fend for themselves,to be vanquished in 1942 by the Japanese Imperial Forces.

Wretched Pawns Sacrificed

The USAFFE was unconditionally surrenderedby th U.S. Army to the obdurate Japanese forces under and made to sufer under the iron heels of the savage enemy. They were ruthlessly left to fend for themselves for almost four years while war support were shifted to America’s white cousins England and Europe.

Thanks to the intrepid resolve and blind loyalty by Filipino guerrillas who refused to accept defeat from the invaders, and who kept the fires of freedom alive for three and half years of privation.

Liberation From Want

In 1945, allied forces finally arrived after the freedom fighters paved the way for the American forces. These Fil-Am bymopping up the enemy – nonchalant of what they were about to suffer for the next years still under the shadow of imperial colonization and cruelty. They were demobilized minus their wartime-earned benefits.

If the Japanese atrocity was described as savage and barbaric - then what is the this US cruelty in the form of a fraud through denial? There were 66,000 US ex-servicemen of 16 allied nations that fought in WW-II for the US flag and were fully compensated – BUT not the Filipino-American US servicemen. Why? The ugly face of discrimination is still ingrained here right in the USA that preaches human rights and equality under double-talk and deceit.

Arrogance of Power

The issue of slave payoff Fil-Am veterans and denial of compensation and benefits earned in battles of Bataan, Corregdor and other battlefronts haunted them for the next 60 years of recovery from war. Arrogance of debtor America - have further maltreated the creditor (Filipinos) under a racial and economic crime against humanity.

Cruel Hoax of Evasion and Denial

The U.S. legally involved Filipinos in mis-adventurous war – that sent Filipinos to harm’s way, then dumped as expendable PX items – denied their rightful benefits earned with blood, sweat and tears which made the U.S as a back-sliding deadbeat nation towards the bottomless pit of hell.

Trashed as Market Refuse

To this date, of the 200,000 original conscripts by Pres. F. Roosevelt in 1941, only less than 20,000 aging, dying of disease and poverty, are survivors not only of war, but of cruelty by the ruthless debtor,. America, whose god is the almighty dollar – whose politicians has been isolated from God.

The Bogus Almighty Dollar

Unreal and unconstitutional US dollar printed and minted by the Feds, contravenes the US Constitution, that mandates that only Congress can print and mint US currency. Nobody dared to amend such unconstitutional act that haunts this nation - as destitute of courage, lack of integrity and loyalty to the Constitution.

“Democracy is a kingless regime infested by many pseudo-kings that are more exclusive, tyrannicaland destructive than one, who is a tyrant that is ravenous. ”said Benito Mussolini.

Of all the tools we have on hand including sin, the lies our politicians tell us is the handle that which beats all of .them.

Albeit the ultimate punishment of political liars including Presidents and Vice Presidents, etc., - is they are not believed even when they are telling us the truth.. Observed by a US Marine. Semper fi !

This nation so short of citizen’s in trust and faith can never be great in anything but failure. said.a US retiree.

Who really runs this country?

Think abut that? # #.
