Experience Summary:
Educational background is in population analysis and trained in research, analysis, and statistical systems. I have experience of 05 years of research, monitoring & evaluation, identification of donors, developing applications for grants as well as on development of proposals for funding. I have been associated with Hashoo Foundation, where worked as Monitoring & Evaluation/Database officer and Rahnuma Family planning association of Pakistan (FPAP). Currently working as Research Associate and doing research in the field of Demography.
Whereas previous projects main tasks have been and in current position are; review of monitoring and evaluation framework/system for project, Monitoring and field visits of health clinics where Youth Friendly Services are in progress, Data management, Development of Online Data Submission tools from respective regions, Designing and drafting of reports and reports generation, revising, and editing of drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials, Research studies and peer-reviewed publications etc. Moreover, ability to conduct field work, have extensive M&E exposure as well as proven abilities to oversee data management and analysis systems like; SPSS and Excel and experience in report writing.
