A.  Motion to approve the following classified substitutes for the 2012-13 school year pending clear BCI/FBI reports and

meeting all state and local requirements:

Bus Driver – Lorena Oman

Substitute Custodian – David Spridgeon II, Sue Johnston

B.  Motion to accept the resignation of Richard Colman as Bus Driver effective June 30, 2013.

C.  Motion to approve the fifth grade field trip to Greenfield Village in Dearborn, MI on May 21, 2013.

D.  Motion to approve the high school trip to the FFA Convention in Louisville, KY on October 30-Nov. 2, 2013.

E.  Motion to approve Lisa Maag and Jaclyn Pessell for elementary summer intervention on June 3 – 7, 2013.

F.  Motion to approve the list of 2013 graduates pending successful completion of all state and local requirements.

G.  Motion to approve membership in the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) for the 2013-14 school year.

H.  Motion to approve the following extended service contracts for the 2013-14 school year:

Jeff Breitigam – 15 days Patrick Ramsey – 20 days

Doug Conine – 35 days Paula Rosencrans – 5 days

I.  Motion to approve Amy Eisentrager as Classroom Aide for the 2013-14 school year.

J.  Motion to accept a gift of $15,929.72 from the Arcadia Athletic Boosters to be used for construction of the Beeson Memorial Addition on the Weight Room.

K.  Motion to approve an agreement with the Hancock County Educational Service Center to provide special education services for the 2013-14 school year in the estimated amount of $173,713.55.

L.  Motion to approve the following supplemental contracts for the 2013-14 school year. These positions have been offered to licensed individuals employed by the Arcadia School district and other districts. For some positions, no such person

applied for and accepted the position. Employment is contingent upon subsequent receipt by the Arcadia Board of

Education of a current Pupil Activity Supervisor Permit and verification of additional coaching requirements mandated by the state of Ohio.
