It is notified for all concerned that the following property is secured in favour of Vijaya Bank , Vellore branch , and as secured creditor taken possession under SARFAESI Act 2002, will be sold by e- auction on date 18.07.2017 on "as is where is and as is what is basis" for recovery of Bank dues. This is a notice to the borrower/Mortgagor/Guarantor/s of the below said loan about the holding of E- Auction sale on the said date, if their outstanding dues are not repaid in full by the said auction date.

Terms and conditions of Sale:

1.  Auction/bidding shall only be through “online electronic mode” through the website of the Service Provider https://vijayabank.auctiontiger.net M/s e-Procurement Technologies Limited (abcprocure), Ahmedabad is the Service Provider to arrange e-auction platform.

2.  The bidders may participate in e-auction for bidding from their place of choice internet connectivity shall have to be ensured by bidder himself. Bank/Service Provider shall not be held responsible for the internet connectivity, network problems, system crash down, power failure etc.

3.  For details, help, procedure and online training on e-auction prospective bidders may contact the Service Provider viz M/s e-Procurement Technologies Limited (abcprocure), Ahmedabad. 4.  Bidders are advised to go through the website https://vijayabank.auctiontiger.net for detailed terms and conditions of auction sale & auction application form before submitting their Bids for taking part in the e-auction sale proceedings.

5.  For participating in e-auction sale the intending bidders should register their details with the Service Provider M/s e-Procurement Technologies Limited (abcprocure), Ahmedabad, well in advance and get the User ID and password. Only the password may be changed on receiving it.

6.  For participating in e-auction, intending bidders have to deposit a refundable EMD of 10% of reserve price by way of DD/Banker's Cheque favoring Vijaya Bank, Vellore Branch payable at Vellore, the intending bidders should submit the quotations along with the Demand Draft towards EMD in a sealed cover so as to reach to the Authorized Officer, Vijaya Bank, Vellore branch, Vellore 632001 on or before 15.07.2017. The sealed cover should be superscribed as stated above for the property. Tender forms may be collected from the banks office. The intending bidders must pay 10% of the upset price through RTGS/NEFT/DD etc and the remittance details must be clearly indicated in the bid form.

7.  The property shall not be sold at /below the Reserve Price for property as per the schedule.

8.  The highest bidder in the e-auction immediately on closure of auction process should submit/send the final price quoted by him by fax both to the Authorized Officer, Vijaya Bank, Vellore Branch and the service provider by Fax message for getting declared as highest bidder in the auction.

9.  The successful bidder should deposit 25% of the bid amount (including EMD) on the same day before 17.00 hrs of the sale, being knocked down in his favour and balance 75% of bid amount within 15 days after the sale date without any further notice or such extended period as may be agreed in writing by the Authorized Officer by RTGS/NEFT/Funds Transfer/Demand Draft to the credit of A/C No. 301900301000324 Authorized Officer in account Mohammed Siddiq IFSC Code“VIJB0003019“ or by Demand Draft /Pay Order in favour of Vijaya Bank, Vellore Branch payable at Vellore.Amount of EMD and /or initial deposit as above shall be forfeited on failure to pay the balance amount as mentioned above.

10. In case of default in payment at any stage by the successful bidder/auction purchaser within the stipulated time, the sale will be cancelled and the amount already paid will be forfeited and the property will be again put to sale.

11. The successful bidder shall bear the charges payable for conveyance, Registration fee, stamp duty etc., as applicable.

12. The property is being sold on “AS IS WHERE IS & AS IS WHAT IS BASIS” and subject to conditions prescribed in the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and of Security Interest Act, 2002 and also subject to any orders of stay granted by any Court/Tribunal.

13. Prospective bidders are advised to peruse the copies of Title deeds with the Bank and verify the latest Encumbrance Certificate and other Revenue/Municipal records to exercise due diligence and satisfy themselves on the Title and Encumbrances, if any over the property and any complaints on the title deeds shall not be entertained later on.

14. Bids once made shall not be cancelled or withdrawn. All bids made from the user ID given to bidder will be deemed to have been made by him only.

15. All bidders shall be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of sale and be bound by them.

16. The Authorized Officer may postpone/cancel the e- Auction without assigning any reason thereof.

17. In case the e-Auction schedule is postponed to a date before 30 days from the scheduled date of sale, it will be displayed on the website of the Service Provider.

18.  This notice is issued without prejudice to such rights and remedies as are available against the Borrower/Mortgagor/Guarantor of the said loan/facilities to Vijaya Bank under law.
