OBJECTIVE:
To offer a space of reflection and sensibilización within the framework of the Human rights, that it allows to share experiences and methodologies on the attention in feeding and health in situations of emergencies and disasters to children, gestantes children, women and nursing mothers and to propose the Principles for a plan of action for the countries of the Region and Colombia.
