2016-2017 FALL SOCCER INFORMATION – UNITED JUNIOR SOCCER LEAGUE
Please keep these sheets in a safe place, as you may need to refer to them during the soccer season.
- All UJSL teams will be registered though EPYSA.
- All clubs NOT having insurance with EPYSA must present a copy of the insurance policy and/or insurance plan stating that your teams have coverage for their players.
- All teams have a bye week on the Columbus Weekend holiday.
- 3 points for a win – 1 point for a tie – no points for a loss.
The league phone is to be used for calling the Games Commissioner for league matters. The winning coach will post the score on game day on the UJSL website – there will be a link to direct you and a code given to all coaches. In the event of a tie, the home team will then post the score – Home teams are
listed first on the schedules.
All line up sheets are computer generated from the EPYSA site with the player’s names and number.
The coach or team manger must sign the lineup sheet and present it to the referee.
HOME TEAMS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NETS, CORNER FLAGS AND LINING OF THE FIELD.
EVERY COACH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SPECTATORS.

Delinquency Fines/Fees
All application fees are due prior to the start of the season. Any club not paid in full, will not begin the season on time and will be subject to a $100.00 fine per team. You will be sanctioned with the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association.
All age groups will participate in the Annual All Star Games. Some information will be on your team schedule and more information will follow throughout the soccer season.
The following fines and fees will be in effect for the season. ALL GAMES MUST BE SANCTIONED BY THE GAMES COMMISSIONER OR THEY WILL NOT COUNT IN THE STANDINGS.

To avoid these fines, ask the referee about the conditions BEFORE the game begins. Also, ask the referee to mark the conditions of the field on the line-up sheets should you have any questions concerning the field conditions.
ALL FINES ASSESSED BY THE GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE MUST BE SATISFIED WITHIN 30 DAYS.
Please remember to reschedule all games that were canceled WITHIN 2 WEEKS as well as any TBA games on your schedule. It is of the utmost importance that you post your scores so that all scores and standings can be updated each week on our website.
Also, the UJSL plays in the rain. Field condition permitting. We do not however, play while there is thunder and lightning. If games are canceled due to inclement weather, please check the League phone number 215-281-9247 for a taped message that games are being canceled for the day. The message will be on at 7:00 A.M. There will also be a message posted on the website
