Agreement for the organization of a three/six day workshop of Waraku

held by master Hiramasa Maeda

With this agreement ______(hereafter “the hosts”) on one side and the NPO (No Profit Organization) Budo Waraku of Japan on the other side (both sides hereafter referred to as “the parties”) intend to make clear the arrangements for the organization of a ______(three/six) day workshop of Waraku (hereafter “the workshop”) to be held by Maeda Hiramasa Shihan (hereafter “Shihan”).

Theaim of the hosts is to offer the possibility to know and learn Waraku in Europe. Therefore they organize this workshop without a commercial purpose, charging the participants only the fee which is deemed necessary in order to cover the costs.

In addition all participants will pay a course fee to NPO (No Profit Organization) Budo Waraku of Japan of __ (for the time being 30) euros per person per day.

The place and time of the workshop is agreed by the parties to be ______in the ______province in ______, on the days of ______.

[(in case also a presentation is foreseen) Shihan will be also invited to the event “______”, which will be held there in the days ______, on the premises of which he will be given the opportunity to make a presentation of Waraku.]

Shihan will arrive to ______(hereafter “the location”) on ______and will leave on ______. The hosts will provide an interpreter from Japanese for Shihan during all his stay. The hosts will also directly pay for air tickets from Japan and back (or for a share of the cost proportional to the number of seminar days if the seminar is organized within a tour in which other seminars are foreseen), transportation to and from the location, as well as all expenses for the stay of Shihan, such as accommodation, food and all other ordinary expenses necessary during his stay.
