How to Ship on-line for DSHS & HHSC employees

To request a log in please email: or

- LSO will verify your request with DSHS

- LSO will then email you your assigned user name and password

- You will receive a response with this information within 24 hours.

Once set up:

- Go to www.LSO.com

- Click on the “Ship” button

- Fill in your user name, account # and password

DSHS requirements:

- Your department ID must be entered into the ‘billing reference’ area. Air bills will not print unless this information as been entered.

As a Web shipper you can:

- print air bill labels from your own printer

- create an address book

- run a shipping history report

- track shipments and much more

To set up an address book:

- Click on the “Quick Code” drop down button and select “New”.

- Complete all the fields.

(Hint: It is not case sensitive. No dashes are necessary for the phone numbers. Also, if you do not have a contact name, just place a “.” in the field to bypass it.)

- Once you’ve filled in all the fields click on “Save” and the address will be saved in your address book. This will streamline your shipping process.

Other site benefits:

- You do not have to enter the package weight

- Create a return label at the click of a button-at no extra charge

- Delivery notification via e-mail

- Also, if you print an air bill label but decide not to use it, you do not have to go back and delete the air bill. Just throw the air bill label away!
