This course will identify the elements that make up a respectful workplace and identify skills to effectively deal with workplace conflict. Anti Harassment will define harassment and bullying and the impact they have on workers and the workplace.

Grievance Handling
This course provides new PSAC shop stewards with essential basics for grievance handling and effective stewarding.

This course will allow participants to share experiences and analyze common issues that young workers face at the workplace, in the union and society. It will also provide a forum to strategize on creating awareness amongst young workers about the PSAC and their rights in the workplace.
