Re: APCO Canada 2016 Conference & Tradeshow

Please accept this letter of request for approval to attend the 2016 APCO Canada 2016 Conference and Tradeshow. This annual professional development event will take place November 7-10, 2016 in Banff, Alberta at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.

I have reviewed the education programming as well as the list of exhibiting companies and feel the return on the investment would be of major benefit to our organization, as the event aligns directly to the priorities of our team [insert your priorities here].

Throughout the three days of this event, I will have access to:

  • Over 20 hours of educational sessions that I can choose to participate in, selecting from over 25 professionally-facilitated sessions;
  • Direct interaction and engagement with program and session facilitators who are considered leaders in the Canadian and international Public Safety Communications industry;

APCO Canada Members: Delegate Fees

Option A: Register by July 31, 2016 and receive the discounted Pre-Program rate of $450.00, which leverages my membership with APCO Canada. This includes three full days of attendance at the conference and tradeshow, as well as attendance at the 2016 Awards Gala.

Option B: Register by September 16, 2016 and receive the discounted Earlybird rate of $550.00, which leverages my membership with APCO Canada. This includes three full days of attendance at the conference and tradeshow, as well as attendance at the 2016 Awards Gala.

APCO Canada Non-Members: Delegate Fees + Membership

Option A: Register by July 31, 2016 and receive the discounted Pre-Program rate of $510.00, plus a full annual membership with APCO. This includes my new membership, three full days of attendance at the conference and tradeshow, as well as attendance at the Awards Gala.

Option B: Register by September 16, 2016 and receive the discounted Earlybird rate of $610.00, plus a full annual membership with APCO. This includes my new membership, three full days of attendance at the conference and tradeshow, as well as attendance at the Awards Gala.
