I am contacting you to hope solve a problem I have as a buyer. I wish to receive a purchased item that I bought on Ebay. However the problem is not with the seller but instead with your Global Shipping service that decided to hold/confiscate the item due to a reportedly oversized issue and probably caused by a combined shipping mistake made by the seller. It is not myfault that it was being held at Erlanger KY at your Global Shipping facilities. On the other hand your customer support has given contradictory responses. This issue has been dealt with in various cases and responses and in most the answer was that the items would be returned to the seller (EBAY CASES Case ID:5075081328, SR# 1-40818470675 AND SR# 1-41218143380).
On the 2nd of January 2015 I was refunded for the item by your customer service although before, incase ID:5075081328, I had specifically requested in the options that I DO NOT WANT AREFUND but instead wanted to receive the item.
Previously, by phone (29th of December) and by email (26th of December), your Ebay customer service guaranteed me that the item would either be returned to the seller (email statement, see bellow at the end of this document) or shipped to me(phone statement made by “Kate” of Customer support on the 29th of January 2014).
In fact, AFTER MY PHONE CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE (29th of December), the information given by yoursite regarding theitem was changed and thus the item was due to arrive between the 15th and 26th of January 2015 (see below and the attached document).
The items, that are probably held in Erlanger by Global Shipping or with eBay’s assets recovery department (see the extract of Pitney Bowes Global Ecommerce Global Shipping Support), are part of a ground radar system that was sold in 3 parts by the seller. I have already received one of the parts and the other two are in the package that has UPAAA000000083379322. As I mentioned I gather that the seller combined items 400770504143 and 400802609983 so in terms of shipping I paid a total of$458.04($108.05 for Item 400802609983 PLUS $349.99 for Item 400770504143). I would gather that this is sufficient for shipping the two items however if you do not agree just inform me and I will pay the additional value.
Adding to all this the two items held at Erlanger are useless without the third item that I already possess. In the meanwhile I also purchased the software and the cables and thus made a substantial investment in order to make the whole system work. This later purchase I had to make was, in fact, A LARGE INVESTMENT FOR WHICH I AM NOT COMPENSATED AT ALL BY YOUR REFUND. Ebay Global Shipping has only placed myself, as a loyal buyer, in a very bad situation by withholding the two purchased items.
Thus I would please request to have the items either shipped to my address (if there is any additional payment for items and shipping I will gladly provide it) OR ship the item back to the seller (if there is any additional payment for shipping I will gladly provide it).Alternatively I shall request Arbitration to compensate the loss of the true value of the item (NOT THE BARGAIN PRICE OF THE OPPORTUNITY)
I am a faithful, well behaved and satisfied Ebay customer since 2002 however this issue does place my opinion on the opposite side. Thus please provide a way for the item to be shipped back to the seller. DO NOT AUCTION MY ITEM PLEASE! THEY ARE IRREPLACEABLE AND USELESS BY THEMSELVES IF ANYONE ELSE KEEPS THEM.

I understand that you want to get the item that you ordered. Actually if the item is
oversized they will no longer ship the item out and the item will be shipped back to the
seller from our Global Shipping Center. Because it will be the same, if we will push it
through, some shipping carrier won't accept it or customs won't accept it, that is why it
will be checked first from our Glbal Shipping Center so that we won't have any problem
when its already shipped on your way.
