- Space Study for Indirect Cost Rate purposes - Mike Hendricks, Bryon Freeman, and Rich Elenich presented the latest space study performed for the indirect cost rate determination – handout of the presentation was passed out. The group also requested space for 800 boxes of records that need to be stored.
- SBE's need for more computer lab space - Max Seel – the request was considered and the committee asked that the deans and appropriate chairs look at the current utilization of open computer labs and look for opportunities for sharing for the benefit of all.
3. Letter issued to Tae Kwon Do club - Dan Greenlee – there has been no feedback from the club on the letter. A clarification was made that the club could use the ROTC gym as long as they abide by all the rules and sign up for times with the other users.
4.Finding space on campus for Internal Audit and Institutional Analysis?
(4th floor of AdministrationBuilding being reorganized) – It appears that both groups need a total of 7-9 rooms. The $30,000 rental fee for UPPCO usage for these two groups does not appear to be in the best interests of the university. The two requesting groups will look at the space in the administration building and make a proposal for space using the new form. Scott Amos and Dave Reed will be asked to respond.
5. Baillod’s request for graduate student office space – this request was considered and Dan Greenlee will contact Bob Baillod for additional information. Max Seel will look for historical documents regarding long term use of the rooms and mathematics will be asked to write proposal for the office space that they are seeking.
