This site is a safer environment to teach kids manners and discourage online bullying.
The child has to input the parents email at sign – up.
Their photo’s can’t be viewed or seen by others until the parent approves the account via the email they receive.
After – the parents are notified every time a child post a picture and every time they add a friend.
( Because they don’t have their own facebook account and friend list –they have to search for friends by name.)
In addition, photos will appear only in approved friend’s feeds, and are not geo-tagged so as not to reveal a child’s location.
5 RULES FOR USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA SITES
1. Use privacy settings
2. Think before you post
3. Be respectful
4. Call out cyberbullying
5. Anything you post – IS THERE FOREVER!
