Itinerary Proposal (Charlotte-New York)
March 28 – April 3, 2016
Start Date: Monday, March 28, 2016
End Date: Sunday, April 3, 2016
Departure City: San Francisco/San Jose, CA
Program Fee: $2,295 per student participant (minimum of 25 students)
$2,195 per student participant (minimum of 45 students)
Program fee includes round trip airfare, motor coach transportation with professional driver, deluxe hotel accommodations (quadruple room occupancy with 2 double beds with 2 students per bed; single student per bed guarantee available for additional fee), services of the TCA Tour Leader, TCA college selection workshops, and adult supervision with professional college counseling staff (guaranteed 15/1 student/chaperone ratio). Campus visits usually include a student-led campus tour and information session with admissions representatives (excluding weekends, holidays, and/or other special event days). Meals are not included; TCA recommends $40-50 per day for meals for each student.

($100 late fee & possible airline surcharge for registration after November 19, 2015)
Program Fee Balance Due at The College Authority by February 1, 2016
($100 late fee for any balance received after February 1, 2016)
March 28: Depart San Francisco, CA, for Charlotte, NC, where you meet the TCA Tour
Monday Leader (Mr. Bill Rubin) and motor coach. Transfer to hotel for tour introduction, evening activities, and overnight in Charlotte, NC.
March 29: Davidson College visit.
Tuesday Wake Forest University visit.
Elon University visit possible.
Evening activities/free time and overnight in Chapel Hill, NC.
March 30: University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill visit.
Wednesday Duke University visit.
Evening activities/free time and overnight in Richmond/Williamsburg, VA.
March 31: University of Richmond visit.
Thursday University of Virginia visit.
College of William & Mary visit possible.
Evening activities/free time and overnight in Washington, DC/Arlington, VA.
April 1: Georgetown University visit.
Friday George Washington University and/or American University visits.
Johns Hopkins University or Dickinson College visit.
Evening activities/free time and overnight in Philadelphia, PA.
April 2: University of Pennsylvania visit.
Saturday Lehigh University and/or Lafayette College visits.
Evening activities/free time and overnight in New York, NY.
April 3: New York University and/or New School visits.
Sunday Columbia University visit possible.
Return to New York Area Airport for return flight to San Francisco, CA.
