Special Immigrant Juvenile Status Petition. Most clients will need to file the I-360 without the adjustment application if client is from a country with a visa backlog (currently Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala) or if proceedings have not been terminated. You can file concurrently with I-485 if there is not a visa backlog for the client’s country and if the removal proceedings have been terminated. Always check online at to make sure you are using the most current forms as they change frequently and often old versions are not accepted.
