Dear Sir,
Sub:- Request for transfer at Any Branch at Ahmedabad City
I undersigned Yagnesh Kanabhai Shah, Employee No: 33163 clerk like to inform that undersigned has joined Andhra Bank on dated 09/10/2013 and posted at Gandhidham branch, Gujarat zone.
It is to submit that during my tenure of last 1yearand 3months, undersigned is attending all assignment directed by branch manager of Gandhidham branch.It is to put up for a consideration that undersigned is a permanent resident of Ahmedabad city, Gujarat and living with old age mother-father who is continuously requires a medical assistance. All family member including my 2 year's son is depended on undersign during any medical assistance. It is difficult to manage this moral responsibility from gandhidham office being 450 Km away from permanent residence.
I shall be ever grateful if undersigned will be posted at any of the Ahmedabad branch. This will help to attend my moral responsibility also. Based on the above, It is requested to kindly consider my plead to transfer at any of Ahmedabad branch.
I am again sending an photo copy of my Joining letter, Confirmation letter and Recommendation letter by Branch Manager which I had send previously to Mr. Jitendra shah our union leader and to you and our ZO and HOeight months back when there were two new branch opening at Ahmedabad at naroda and gitamandir but couldn’t get but now I have news that 2 new branch are opening at Ahmedabad at vastrapur and thaltej area and there are even some post vacant due to retirement and other issues and so i had again put my request transfer up at ZO but the H R says I am not eligible for transfer and they are not considering my plea for transfer which I gave at least 8 months back and they are not even providing a waiting number which I requested to our H R and our union leader jitendra shah to give and if again my transfer request is not accepted I may have to submit an objection letter as a last hope if others who are applying after me or from other state are placed before me.
Submitted for your kind approval and I assure you I am and will actively participate support and initiate in union matters in years to come with full zeal and enthusiasm with dedication, hard work. I am a Tec savvy person which may help in union matters.As I am a local person over here in ahmedabad so I can render my service to union. I have total faith in jitendra shah our union leader in ahmedabad as in you.
