Dear Resident of 2626 N. Lakeview Ave,

RCN is pleased to extend our bulk relationship with 2626 N. Lakeview Ave, by providing residents with the latest technology in home entertainment! Your new Bulk Agreement includes the following:

§ RCN Signature Video Service with over 295 channels

§ RCN2GO® (TV On-the-Go) Mobile App

§ 2- Tuner HD DVR Powered by TiVo

§ (1) HD Box

§ 50Mbps High Speed Internet with modem and wireless router

The previous Bulk Agreement included RCN Signature Video Service and (3) Digital Boxes.
Please contact RCN now to schedule a change in service and to take advantage of the new equipment. Once scheduled, the Digital Boxes will be upgraded to the new 2-Tuner HD DVR Powered by TiVo and HD Box.

Avoid being charged for previously included equipment by completing your installation prior to 10/29/16.

If you wish to have the new equipment included in the updated Bulk Agreement installed you must do one of the following:

1. Call RCN 24/7 at 1-800-RING-RCN to schedule the installation of your equipment and/or service. Installs can be completed at no charge if installed between Wednesday, 10/19/16 – Saturday, 10/29/16.

Note: Installations scheduled after 10/29/16, are subject to a standard installation charge.

2. Sign-up in person. RCN Representatives will also be in the Lobby during the Wine & Cheese Event on Tuesday, 10/18/16 from 4pm-7pm to schedule the installation of your equipment and/or service. We’ll also be on hand to answer any questions regarding your account.

In addition to the services included in your bulk package, RCN also offers digital phone service, expansive tiers of digital and HD programming, and much more.
