JOB FUNCIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Performing SCFT (Static & Dynamic) to analyse the functionality (handover, RxLevel, RxQual, Coverage, data throughput) of the cell.
· Providing solutions for various abnormal events during drive test including handover failure, missing neighbours etc.
· Optimizing network (changing electrical and mechanical tilt of antenna) to reduce call blocking, call drop, congestion, interference etc.
· Analysing customer complaints to provide a solution to their issues
· Checking Sector swap and thus removing it if present
