General Instructions

Vendors interested in becoming registered with PTCL must pre-register with the Procurement Department/Vendor relation section. This registration process is mandatory and supersedes all previous registration, such registration is valid for “3 years” and thereafter, it is the vendor’s responsibility to renew their registration in a timely manner at least 3 months ahead of expiry. All new and existing vendors are required to register by completing this form and submitting the following documents along with it.

1.  Copies of Firm registration and incorporation, Sales Tax, NTN certificates, Memorandum of Article and Valid ISO Certificate or Quality Assurance Manual / Quality Policy of the Company Firm.

2.  Company financial statements/balance sheet (Audited Reports) for the last two fiscal years. In case of audit accounts are not available; a business Profit & Loss statement is required to be submitted on the company letter head along with copies of Final Income Tax Returns for the last two years.

3.  Designation wise employee list on firm letter head.

4.  Original Power of attorney of authorized Signatories/personnel (Same as mentioned in Part-7 of VR Form) attested by Court/Notary Public. (Rs. 50 Stamp Paper)

5.  Copies of valid foreign Agency Agreement/dealership/ distributorship, if applicable.

6.  Company profile along with past experience over the last two years stating major supplies/contracts/services, with values and corresponding client name along with Copies of Latest POs, Work Orders etc. as evidence of experience.

7.  Products and service categories check list marking the categories you are able to provide. (Attachment-1)

8.  All pages of this registration form & related documents must be signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.

All parts of the registration form must be completed, and all above requirements must be fully complied with.

Registration with PTCL, if accepted, does not constitute any obligation by Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited to guarantee any tender invitation, contractual awards or any order for product or service.

Incomplete application and/or missing information shall not be dealt with; all queries regarding registration should be directed to Vendor Relation Section, PTCL Headquarters on phone numbers: 051-2283056, 2283124, 2255512.

All parts of this registration form must be completed, incomplete forms will not be processed (Apply only if your firm has been established for more than two (2) Years).

NOTE: VENDOR REGISTRATION WITH PTCL IS FREE OF COST AND ALSO THERE ARE NO CHARGES FOR UPGRADATION OR RENEWAL.
