Job title: Resourcing Administrator

Reporting to: Resourcing Business Partner

Role purpose

To provide comprehensive administrative support to the resourcing team to enable the monitoring and achievement of recruitment KPIs to ensure the talent acquisition vision of the NMC is realised.

Key accountabilities

·  Support the resourcing advisors with the recruitment administration process

·  Update and maintain recruitment records and metrics

·  Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient and seamless recruitment activity

·  Manage the recruitment inbox ensuring emails are dealt with effectively and incoming recruitment activity is directed to the appropriate person

·  Ensure candidates are communicated with and updated regularly to improve the NMC recruitment experience

·  Liaise with managers and candidates to ensure feedback is provided when requested

·  Assist the team with manager workshops, training and focus groups

·  Undertake pre-employment screening checks

·  Ensure all recruitment paperwork is collated and meets all legal requirements, such as Right to Work and Visa’s

·  Ensure all new starters are added to payroll and relevant departments are advised, Learning and Development etc.

·  Ensuring the onboarding process is managed effectively and candidate communication is maintained through offer to start date

·  Assist with projects and input into the development of new ways of working to ensure continued efficiencies are realised

Person specification

Job title: Resourcing Administrator

Qualifications and experience

·  Experience within a multi-disciplined HR department

·  Recruitment and resourcing specific experience would be an advantage

·  CIPD qualified or equivalent or willing to work towards this

Knowledge, skills and abilities

·  Demonstrable experience within a generalist HR or recruitment specific role

·  Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel

·  Understanding of sourcing techniques, branding and using e-recruitment systems

·  Strong administrative skills with the ability to analyse success and continually improve on processes

·  Excellent communication skills with a commitment to providing an excellent level of service to all stakeholders, managers and candidates

·  Ability to manage and prioritise own workload whilst working as part of a team
