A. SCOPE and PURPOSE
Applies to all activities and guidelines for operations performed. This job description shall be reviewed on a regular basis.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Being in charge of answering the phone, forwarding messages and screening calls to everyone in organization.
· Being in charge of receiving and sorting mail and sending correspondence in the states and out of country.
· Being in charge of office supplies and making sure office is clean at all times.
· Cooperate Sales department with there Latin America projects for example, translating any Spanish documents and helping with conference calls that are in Spanish.
· Being in charge of coordinating meetings for customers and co-workers and arrange conference meeting for them.
· prepare letters and documents
· Responsible for scheduling appointment for conference/meeting room
· Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
· deal with queries from the public and customers

D. REQUIREMENTS
a) Education and Training – High School education or equivalent or as deemed sufficient by management.
b) Technical Requirements – Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint
c) Experience – At least two years experience or as deemed sufficient by management.
