CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND CHIEF CLIENT OFFICER

Senior Executives Join Nation’s Leading Independent Trust Company

OVERLAND PARK, KS, Feb. 11, 2014 – National Advisors Trust, the nation’s leading independent trust company for wealth advisors, today announced that John Sullivanhas been appointed Chief Financial Officer and John Abbuhl has been named to the new position of Chief ClientOfficer.

Vice President Colleen Berry, who joined the firm in August, will oversee the newly created position of Director of Product Management.

The executive appointments are part of a strategic organizational alignment by Chief Executive Officer Jim Combs, who joined the company in April 2013.

The management team at National Advisors Trust brings together senior managers with extensive industry experience. The executive teamcollectively hasmore than 75 years of financial services experience developing and delivering wealth management strategies.

Highly Experienced Team

Sullivan has extensive experience building high performance teams and financialgrowth strategies. Prior to joining National AdvisorsTrust, he served as Chief Financial Officer for a number of business units within JPMorgan Chase, including corporate trust, global investment management technology and operations, corporate finance, and 401(K) recordkeeping. Sullivanhas a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Abbuhl has significant experience managing trust and custody services technology, mergers and acquisitions, and developing and implementing wealth management strategies. He also served as a wealth manager at Bank of America/ U.S. Trust. Prior to joining National Advisors Trust, he worked for Fiserv as the Director of Global Services Analytics. Abbuhl has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Finance from the University of South Carolina and a Management Information Systems degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has attended the Cannon Trust School and the Campbell Trust School at Campbell University.

Berry has significant wealth management experience, including trust operations, trust administration, client service, relationship management, and product management. Prior to joining the company, she was the Associate Director of Major Gifts at Haverford College in Pennsylvania, where she wasresponsible for developing and implementing strategies with donors. Prior to that, Berry was an executive at SEI Investments, where she led the development and coordination of integrated marketing strategies for the Worldwide Private Banking divisionformulating messaging, positioning, promotional, and packaging strategies for introducing new solutions to the U.S. and European markets. Berryearned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arcadia University.
