Rules and regulations

Your nomination form has to be authenticated by the GM of your property and signed by him.

Nominations close on:Thursday, November 20th, 2014

Awards ceremony:December 2014

This form has two sections:

  1. Section one comprises the contact details for the nominee and nominator.
  2. Section two is the detailed written submission, which will be assessed by the judging panel. Please complete all fields as directed.

Nominations which do not comply with these guidelines will not qualify.

Qualification Criteria: To be eligible to qualify for an award

The nominee must be directly involved in the process that he/she is being nominated for.

The nomination will be judged on the basis of complete information, facts and figures, supporting documents provided by the nominee or the nominator.

The nominee must have implemented certain programmes/ initiatives/ new processes etc.within his/ her functional area with successful and measureable results within the last 12 months.

All completed application forms should be submitted by November 20h, 2014 to ITP India via email.

The selection process

The Jury is a council of eminent people with deep expertise in their respective fields. They have no connection whatsoever to ITP Publishing or the sponsors of Hotelier India Awards.

All complete and eligible nominations received before the submission deadline will be presented to the Grand Jury in an unbiased and equal manner. The Jury will then select the final list of winners who will be awarded in a ceremony to be held in December 2014.

  1. To help our jury judge the nominee fairly and effectively, please try to ensure that you have covered the points listed under guidelines for every category.
  2. Please focus on the accomplishments/ achievements of the nominee only as these are individual awards.
  3. Nominate work done/ initiatives conducted/innovation / achievements in the past one year from October 2013 to October 2014.

General Manager of the year

Human resources person of the year

Food and Beverage manager of the year
