Note: The above data is based on the histopathological analysis of mouse prostates. We have observed increased prostate size in 6 out of 6 Myc/δ-/- mice at 6 months. Here 3 of them at 6 months were embedded for histopathological examinations and all of them showed invasive cancer. Other prostates were used for frozen sectioning and immunofluorescent light microscopy of Ki67 and TUNEL staining shown in Figure 5.
