Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

Essential

·  Extensive SAP ABAP Development experience in complex customer environments with a minimum of 3 full project lifecycles with exposure to the one of the following:

o  First preference is a candidate with CRM7 experience

o  Secondly, any other CRM experience will do

o  Thirdly, exposure to SRM experience

o  Alternatively; solid ABAP, ABAP objects, OO and theability to convert to CRM effortlessly

·  Team leading experience, preferably managing a mixture of onshore and offshore resources would be a nice to have.

·  Solid client-facing experience at multiple clients and ability to train others within own area of expertise

·  Deep technical SAP skills and hands-on experience in ABAP, ABAP Objects, SAPSCRIPT, SMARTFORMS, BAPI, report, dialog and interface programming and good cross-functional SAP ECC knowledge

·  Experience in writing technical specifications for enhancements and interfaces

Highly Desirable

·  Hands-on Skills in the following areas: BSP, Workflow, ALE/IDOCs, ABAP WebDynpro.

·  Development experience in LSMW

·  Implementation experience in one or more middleware products, preferably XI

·  Language skills or project experience outside the UK

·  Experience with working in an onshore/offshore delivery model
