VALENCIA NORTHPARK POOL RULES

THIS POOL IS FOR PRIVATE USE ONLY

Operating Hours: 7:00AM – 10:00PM

Warning – Any member or guest or unauthorized person found in the facility during the closed, non-operating hours is considered Trespassing and subject to arrest.

Always carry your access key and ID.

These Rules are in addition to posted health codes

  1. Smoking is Prohibited in or around this facility.
  1. Lifeguards are not provided at all times in all locations. Contact the management company for Lifeguard

hours. Lifeguards do not lessen your need to watch your children. Children under the age of 14 should not use the pool without an adult in attendance.

  1. Pool Safety equipment must be used for life saving purposes only.
  1. Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool or spa. Children must wear appropriate swim wear.
  1. Food or drink is not permitted in the pool. No glass containers are allowed in or around the facility. Chewing

Gum is not allowed.

  1. No pets are allowed in or around the pool recreation facility.
  1. Skateboards and bicycles should not be brought into the facility.

8. No LARGE floating toys such as boats, rafts or boogie boards allowed in the pool. Arm rings are prohibited and vest flotation devices must be coast guard approved.

9. Diving is not permitted. Running is Prohibited.

10. No loud radios, noises, or profanity allowed.

11. No advertising notices posted in or around the facility.

12. Organized activities that limit the use of the facility to others are prohibited.

13. Invited guests must be accompanied by a Valencia Northpark Homeowners Association Member. (Members

are responsible for their families and guests using the facility). Each Household is Limited to 4 guests.

14. Organized activities are not permitted with prior approval of the Board of Directors.

15. Commercial Use is prohibited without prior authorization of the Board of Directors. For this purpose,

Commercial Use is defined as “any activity involving the exchange of money or goods for services”.

16. Alcohol is prohibited in this facility.

17. The Board of Directors has the authority to restrict the use of the recreational facilities from anyone found to

violate the rules and regulations stated within.

All persons using the facility do so at their own risk. VNPHOA will not be responsible for any accident or injury to members, their families, guests or other persons using this facility, nor for any articles lost, stolen or damaged.
