The 2016 Summer Competition Schedule is sure to be exciting! If you have ever thought about being a dancer on a Competitive Team, you MUST register for these summer classes! You will love the spirit of TEAM COMPETITION at JLDS/BDA. The experience is amazing as you discover your growth as an individual dancer AND as a teammate.
Please note: ALL dancers who are auditioning for the 2016-2017 Competition Season MUST register for the summer class schedule.
The 2016 Summer Competition Schedule is such a great mix of coaches and levels! We spent a lot of time coming up with this incredible formula of mixing groups so that one day dancers will be challenged because they will be dancing with a higher level…………the other day THEY will be the higher level, setting the example for another group to look up to! We feel that this mix will allow us coaches the opportunity to see how certain dancers mix together, and it will also allow the dancers the opportunity to really SHOW us what they can do!
THE SCHEDULE!
Competition Technique will be taught during the weeks of June 13, 20, and 27
with AUDITIONS on Monday, July 11 and Wednesday, July 13.
Registration for the 2016-2017 TEAMS will be the week of July 18, and
Choreography for the 2016-2017 TEAMS will begin the week of August 1 (detailed information on team rehearsal times will be mailed out when dancers receive their audition letters)
