Rules and Regulations,

1. The team event is organized to encourage participant and bonding of different age, gender and race with regard to promoting race walking.

2. The team should consist of 4 participants; a team captain and 3 other team members.

3. The team captains will be pre selected by the organizer base on their experience.

4. All remaining participants, he or she will be drawn in threes by the organizers, and attach them to the pre selected captains to form a team.

5. The captain and team members to decide their starting position eg, 1st walker, 2nd, 3rd and last walker. The captains to fill up the given entry forms according to their line-up, once fixed, the line-up cannot be changed.

6. The team captain is to collect the registration fees of $5/- each participant and submit the completed forms and to collect the no. tags at the registration counter. The total team's payment/registration fees is only $20/-.

7. The entire event will be organized in a relay-format. Each walker from a team will walk 1 lap about (1.2Km) and come back to the change over zone and tap their next waiting team-mates hands.

8. All participants to race-walk the entire route. If any participant/walker is shown the yellow paddle/warning by any of the race-walk judge, the team will receive a penalty of 30 seconds for each warning. If a red card is issued to a competitor 2 min will be added to their teams overall timing, which will decides their final position.

9. It is very important for every participant to walk as fast as possible without infringing the rules of RACE-WALKING. This is to encourage true and fair sportsmanship.

10. The organizing Committees decision will be final.
