PART 2 – CONSUMER DECISION-MAKING PROCESS

Two Types of Consumers

·  Final Consumers – persons who buy products and services mostly for their own use.

·  Business Consumers – persons, companies or organizations that buy products for the operation of a business, for incorporation into other products and services, or for resale to their customers.

In a Word document, create a chart/graphic organizer with the 5 stages of the consumer decision-making process AND an explanation of how each of these stages are represented in your search for a new ______. Please use complete sentences.
