  1. Complete Case problem 1 (pg AC 89 – AC 91).
  2. Copy the Pinehill database from Lab 1 folder to your Lab 3 folder.
  3. You will need the Music.accdb, Lessons.xlsx, and Student.txt files from Level.01\case 1 folder provided with the datafiles.
  4. Label all printouts with the printout number and your name (written on the pages).
  5. Submit the printouts in sequential order.
  6. Always do ‘best fit‘ for the columns of all tables prior to printing and/or saving.
  7. Submit the following printouts:
  8. Print out the Student table after step 13 (2 records). Label it 3.1.1 and put your name on the page.
  9. Print the contents of the Student table after you complete step 15. Label 3.1.2.
  10. Open and print the contents of the Contract table after completing step 18. Label 3.1.3.
  11. Add the records (2) in step 20 then print the Contract table showing the added records. There should be a total of 47 records in the table. Label 3.1.4.
  12. After completing step 21 print the relationship between the Student, Contract and Teacher tables. Label 3.1.5.
  13. Save and compact on close the Pinehill database.

  2. Copy the Rossi database from Lab 1 folder to your Lab 3 folder.
  3. You will need the Recycle.accdb, and Gifts.xlsx files from Level.01\case 3 folder provided with the datafiles.
  4. Label all printouts with the printout number and your name (written on the pages).
  5. Submit the printouts in sequential order.
  6. Always do ‘best fit’ for the columns of all tables prior to printing and/or saving.
  7. Submit the following printouts:
  8. Print out the Agency table after step 8 (2 records). Label it 3.3.1 and put your name on the page.
  9. Print the contents of the Agency table after you complete step 10. Label it 3.3.2.
  10. Create and add the records to the Donation table. Print the contents after step 13. (The table should have 62 records) Label it 3.3.3.
  11. Add the records (2) in step 15 then print the Donation table showing the added records. There should be a total of 64 records in the table. Label 3.3.4.
  12. After completing step 16 print the relationship between the Donor, Donation, and Agency tables. Label 3.3.5.
  13. Save and compact on close the Rossi database.
  14. Upload the Pinehill and Rossi databases and any word documents containing screen prints into the link for lab 3in TalonNet. Submit the printouts to your instructor in class.
