For this nomination to be considered, the employee must have held a management position with the Network for at least one year.(Excludes the leadership team)

The employee must meet all the following criteria(please check to confirm the manager meets the criteria):
The employee is a model of fairness, honesty, and integrity for the organization and his or herco-workers and employees;
The employee communicates effectively using various communication methods (promotesactive listening, encourages the sharing of information and ideas, shows openness, etc.);
The employee positively influences and mobilizes his or her employees and co-workers and is a source of motivation;
The employee sets and achieves clear and precise objectives;
The employee is engaged in his or her professional development;
The employee participates in the development of his or her sector (e.g. working with trainees,advancing the department, performing research, developing significant partnerships, etc.).
