The 2017 Gala will be on Monday 1st May 2017 and applications are now open for businesses, organisations and individuals wishing to take up a stand at the Gala. Pitch sizes are 10’ for a single and 20’ for a double pitch. Avoid disappointment so BOOK EARLY:-

We have again allocated 10 ‘Prime Pitches’ in the main Gala field, close to the arena. These are available at a £10 premium over the prices above and are NOT subject to any discount. Should you require a prime pitch, please apply in the normal way – mark your application PRIME in the appropriate box and add £10 to the amount. Only the first 10 ‘prime pitch’ applications will be allocated a prime pitch.

Bilton Gala Stall Applications

Please note the following conditions and points which should assist you in having a safe, enjoyable and profitable day:-

  • Pitch holders must provide their own stalls/tables etc. All equipment used on your pitch must be in safe working order, particularly any electrical equipment [access to mains electricity cannot be supplied]. The Gala Safety Officer reserves the right to exclude any stand which is felt to be a danger to the public.
  • You will be allocated a pitch on the day on a first come, first served basis, by a member of the Gala Committee who will meet you at the Hilltop Rise entrance-please do not enter via the School Main Gate.
  • No inflatables, food or drink stands will be allowed – these concessions have already been awarded. The Gala Committee retains the right to refuse applications before the event and on the field.
  • Pitch sizes are strictly 10’ or 20’ – please make sure you do not encroach on to neighbouring pitches with gazebos etc. All equipment and materials must be placed within the allocated pitch.
  • A maximum of TWO cars per pitch will be allowed on the field during pitch set-up. All cars must be removed from the field by 11.30 a.m. for reasons of health and safety, with no exceptions.
  • The field will be open from 7 a.m. on Gala Day and stands can be set up from that time.
  • The Gala will close at 5.00 p.m.
  • No dogs are allowed on the field.
  • Each stand is allocated free entry tickets – 3 per single pitch and 6 per double pitch. Additional entry tickets are available at additional cost on the gate. Upon arrival to setup each stallholder will receive their free tickets in the form of high visibility wristbands which must be worn as a means of identification.
  • All rubbish must be removed at the end of the Gala – a skip will be available on site.
  • No refunds will be given should the Gala not go ahead due to inclement weather.

Please note that vehicles must not attempt to enter from Bilton Lane but should gain access from Hill Top Rise.

Whilst cars can be brought on to the field for loading and unloading, all vehicles must all be removed by 11.30 a.m. There is plenty of parking in adjoining side streets but please respect the local residents and leave them access to their drives etc.

All vehicular access must be through the Hill Top Rise entrance.
