STOCK 4 X 4 PULLING RULES
Saturday, August 1, 2015 – 6:30 PM
GENERAL RULES: ENTRY FEE: $20.00
REGISTRATION: 3:00 – 5:30 PM ONLY
PIT FEE: $20.00 (includes entire fair, rides & pit admission)
· This class is open to trucks that are used on the highway. Modifications that are permitted on the highway are permitted in this class. A license plate that matches your registration must be attached to the truck and current inspection sticker must be displayed. If your truck meets all rules -- you may participate.
· To enter you go to the registration desk, present a valid driver’s license, a current insurance card, a non-expired owner’s registration card. One vehicle may be entered only one time with only one driver. The driver entered is the person that must drive the vehicle in the contest.
· Weight for the class will include driver, fuel and securely fastened weights. No weights may extend forward of the stock bumper position.
· Truck must be stock in appearance. Floor in bed must be solid. Wheelbase is limited to 140 inches or less measured hub to hub and may not be altered from the manufactured state.
· Lift kits are acceptable.
· Hitch point may not be more than 26” from the ground. All hitches must be the rear-most point of the vehicle. Hitch point must be stationary in all directions.
· Each truck must supply his own twisted clevis. Hole must accommodate a minimum of 3-1/4 inches across.
· No dual wheels, studded tires, tire chains or any tire not specifically intended for street use are permitted. Tires must carry a DOT number on the sidewall.
· No aluminum engine blocks permitted. No open headers. Exhaust must be through a muffler.
OPERATION OF CONTEST RULES:
· Drivers must wear a seat belt and enclosed footwear.
· Drivers must remain near their trucks at the time of contest. Any truck and driver not in line and ready to compete when called will be disqualified. NO refunds.
· No riders are permitted - including on the track and in the pit and staging areas.
· Each truck will receive one (1) attempt only. There is NO test hook. If sled is reset all pullers that have previously hooked have the option to return.
· The Competition Director may use a floating finish line.
· Loss of any weight during the pull is a disqualification.
· Driver may NOT leave the seat of a running truck unless directed by an official.
· Trucks may be required to return to the scales and re-weigh at any time.
· Decision of the Track Officials is final.

STOCK SEMI PULLING RULES
Monday, August 3, 2015 – 7:00 PM
GENERAL RULES: ENTRY FEE: $20.00
REGISTRATION: 3:30 – 6:00 PM ONLY
PIT FEE: $20.00 (includes entire fair, rides & pit admission)
· This class is open to semi trucks that are used on the highway. Modifications that are permitted on the highway are permitted in this class (no visual modifications). If your truck meets all rules -- you may participate. However ‘road ready’ special trucks such as oil trucks, tri-axles and others that carry extra ballast are not permitted in this class.
· Entry fee is $20.00. To enter you go to the registration desk, present a valid CDL, a current insurance card, and a non-expired owner’s registration.
· A license plate that matches your registration must be attached to the truck and current inspection sticker must be displayed.
· One vehicle may be entered only one time with only one driver. The driver entered is the person that must drive the vehicle in the contest.
· Hitching device will be provided by the fair. Puller is responsible for mounting a fifth wheel hitching device on their vehicle; make sure hitches are set and attached properly.
· No studded tires, tire chains or any tire not specifically intended for street use are permitted. Tires must carry a D.O.T. number on the sidewall.
· Trucks will not be weighed. However, NO additional ballast or weight may be added.
· Chaining or blocking of drive axles is NOT permitted.
· Only a single turbo-charger is permitted and no ether, alcohol, water or nitrous or any other combustible material may be injected into the air charger or the intake system.
EXCEPTION: A factory installed twin turbo system is allowed.
· Only the fuel that was originally intended for that motor is permitted.
OPERATION OF CONTEST RULES:
· Drivers must wear a seat belt and enclosed footwear.
· Drivers must remain near their trucks at the time of contest. Any truck and driver not in line and ready to compete when called will be disqualified. No refunds will be made.
· NO RIDERS or passengers are permitted including on the track and in the pit and staging areas.
· There is NO test hook. If sled is reset all pullers that have previously hooked have the option to return and rehook immediately or drop to last. A floating finish line may be used at discretion of the Competition Director.
· Driver may NOT leave the seat of a running truck unless directed by an official.
· Any pull-off will be made at the end of the class or later in the show if necessary. During the pull-off, the chain may be lengthened at the option of the competition director.
· Decision of the Track Official is final.

GENERAL RULES: ENTRY FEE: $20.00
REGISTRATION: 3:30 – 6:00 PM ONLY
PIT FEE: $20.00 (includes entire fair, rides & pit admission)
· This class is open to dump trucks that are used on the highway. Modifications that are permitted on the highway are permitted in this class (no visual modifications). If your truck meets all rules -- you may participate.
· Entry fee is $20.00. To enter you go to the registration desk, present a valid CDL, a current insurance card, and a non-expired owner’s registration.
· A license plate that matches your registration must be attached to the truck and current inspection sticker must be displayed.
· One vehicle may be entered only one time with only one driver. The driver entered is the person that must drive the vehicle in the contest.
· Hitching device will be provided by the fair. Pullers are responsible for mounting a stationary tow hook on the outside rear of each frame rail. The hitching device will be attached to these hooks.
· No studded tires, tire chains or any tire not specifically intended for street use are permitted. Tires must carry a D.O.T. number on the sidewall.

Quad Mania Rules
ENTRY FEE: $20.00 any two events - $10 for third event
REGISTRATION: 3:30 – 6:00 PM ONLY
PIT FEE: $20.00 (includes entire fair, rides & pit admission)
GENERAL RULES:
1. Each competitor must pay pit gate fee & immediately register in person.
2. Each competitor under 18 must have parent or guardian sign permission voucher during registration. Signing parent/guardian will be permitted on track with underage competitor.
3. One vehicle may be entered only one time in each of the three classes with only one rider. The rider entered is the person that must ride the vehicle in the contest. If a rider is substituted or if the vehicle is registered by another person in that or any other class; it is an automatic disqualification with no refund and will result in forfeiture of any purse monies for all involved.
4. All vehicles must be deemed in good condition by officials.
5. Warm-up and riding will be done ONLY in designated areas.
6. Approved helmet, boots (enclosed footwear) and eye protection must be worn during competition.
7. All vehicles must be equipped with a working kill switch.
OPERATION OF CONTEST:
1. These are timed events.
2. During competition both feet must be on pegs and both hands must be on the handlebars. Failure to do so may result in a disqualification of the run with no refunds.
3. Competitor must remain within the boundaries of courses or receive penalty added to time.
4. All decisions of the officials will be final.

· One vehicle may be entered only one time with only one driver. The driver entered is the person that must drive the vehicle in the contest; if a driver is substituted it is an automatic disqualification with no refund and will result in forfeiture of any purse monies.
· Vehicle must be equipped with both a front and rear hitch.
· No dual wheels, studded tires, tire chains or any tire not specifically intended for street use are permitted. Tires must carry a DOT number on the sidewall.
OPERATION OF CONTEST RULES:
· Each driver must wear a seat belt(except quads), enclosed footwear and an approved safety helmet.
· Drivers must remain near their trucks at the time of contest. Any truck and driver not in line and ready to compete when called will be disqualified. No refunds will be made.
· No riders or passengers are permitted including on the track and in the pit and staging areas.
· Each truck will receive one (1) attempt only.
