WINEMAKERS’ TASTING NOTES AND COMMENTS
Here’s a classic expression of Oregon Pinot Noir: bright red fruit showing a mix of red cherry, raspberry and hints of cranberry; juicy, mouth-watering acidity; layers of truffle and forest floor for complexity; and fine grained, spicy tannins. Rounded out with just the right amount of polished French oak, this elegant Pinot Noir from the sustainably farmed Stoller Vineyard in the Dundee Hills of Oregon’s Willamette Valley will match perfectly with lighter meat such as chicken or duck, or fish such as salmon.
