COMES NOW, State of Missouri, County of Christian, Office of Prosecuting Attorney, Amy J. Fite, Prosecuting Attorney, or his Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, and pursuant to Section 56.085, RSMo, and in the course of a criminal investigation, hereby requests the Circuit Judge to issue a subpoena to the witness named below who may have information for the purpose of oral examination under oath to require the production of books, papers, records, or other material of any evidentiary nature, at the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney.
