WORK EXPERIENCE

Past positions include service as a patrol officer, field-training officer, sex offender registration and tracking coordinator, and sex crimes/child abuse detective. Since September 2001, I have been a detective in the robbery/homicide unit where my responsibilities include the investigation of armed robberies, kidnappings, aggravated assaults with life threatening injuries and suspicious deaths including homicides. This most often includes the processing of crime scenes, case management and presentation to the Courts and prosecutors. This position also includes working with victim families, informants, other police and social agencies, and ongoing training.
