2:45 pm? Load buses and truck
3:30 pm ? Leave for DC Everest
5:00 pm ? Arrive at DC Everest, unload, set-up gymnasium
5:30 pm? Dinner provided in cafeteria
6:20 pm ? Competition starts
7:15 pm? Warm-up
8:30 pm? Entrance gate
8:45 pm ? Perform
9:15 pm? Awards ? change out of uniform, keep all equipment in gym
10:30 pm? Snack provided in cafeteria
11:30 pm? Full band meeting
12:00 am? Lights out
Sunday, Oct. 4th
8:00 am? Wake up. Breakfast provided in cafeteria. Pack up belongings.
9:00 am? Practice at DC Everest high school
11:00 am? Load buses and truck, clean school and facility
12:00 pm? Leave for Merrill. Lunch provided on bus ride.
12:30 pm? Arrive at Merrill. Competition Starts
2:15 pm? Warm-up
3:15 pm? Entrance gate
3:30 pm? Perform
4:00 pm? Awards ? change out of uniform and load truck
5:20 pm? Depart for home
7:15 pm ? Arrive in Chippewa Falls and unload trailer(Have your rides pre-arranged)
What to Bring
·All uniform parts
·Sleeping bag, air mattress, pillow
·Towel, bathroom supplies
·Clothes / Warm attire for rehearsal on Sunday morning
·Money for snacks at shows

*Our expectations are that you represent Chippewa Falls and our High School as mature adults while traveling with the Marching Band. Please observe proper show etiquette while other bands are performing.
Reminders
·Do not enter or exit stadium during a performance.
·Do not run or use inappropriate language in uniform.
·Take care of your own individual uniform, instrument, accessories and belongings.
·Keep the facilities clean and assist chaperones in any way you can.
·Show respectful conduct during awards ceremonies.
·Be on time and prepared for all scheduled events.
·Use proper changing facilities for dress.
·Be respectful of traveling adult chaperones and bus drivers.
·Know your uniform and hat number.
