  • All applicants authorize The Harbor Club to review credit and employment history through a credit-reporting service. All reports remain the property of The Harbor Club and are deemed confidential and for the sole use of the Membership Department.
  • All applicants and members agree to the payment of all accounts upon receipt of their monthly statement and to be personally responsible for all accrued dues and charges as a result of the use of their membership, including any applicable late charges and other associated fees and costs of recovery on past due accounts.
  • All initiation fees must be paid in the form of a check, payable to The Harbor Club.
  • Applicants and members agree to abide by all Club Bylaws, Rules and Regulations.
  • Applicants and members agree that their membership may not be used by any non-member or extended to any other person other than a spouse or domestic partner. The member is ultimately responsible for all charges to their account.
