RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands now reads a first, second and third time and finally passes By-Law No 2013-27, being a by-law to amend Zoning by-law 2002-31, Kilganan Group, to allow four (4) dwelling units on the second floor not associated with the uses which would be permitted on the main floor of a structure located in a General Industrial Zone.
