Declaration for setting a link on the homepage of the
Allgemeiner Deutschen Rottweiler-Klub (ADRK) e.V.

The ADRK offers the ability to its members, to set links to Landesgruppen (LG), Bezirksgruppen (BG) and breeders (kennels) on his homepage.

To make sure, that the contents of these links are not in conflict with the ideals of the ADRK, the owner of the links agrees to the following rules:

1.The owner of the link explicitly agrees to the principles of the ADRK which are fixed in the statutes of the club.

The affiliation to the ADRK must be shown clearly on the starting page of the web site by the ADRK logo.

An easily found link to the homepage of the ADRK must be set.

2.The homepage is exclusively for non commercial purpose, which is made clear by its design.

Direct commercial advertising and the offering of commercial products is excluded. Contents of links to other sites must not compete with the ADRK.

3.Links to organisations and kennels (breeders), which are against the ADRK, the Verband fuer das Deutsche Hundewesen (VDH) e.V. or the Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI) are excluded.

The same is valid for links with illegal, ideological or immoral contents.

4.Thehomepage has to be updated regularly. Especially contents which were taken out of the ADRK club rules must show the actual version.

Parts of other publications are to be identified by their sources.

5.The link must be found under the given web addresse. If this is not possible due to any reasons the owner is not responsible for, he has to tell this to the ADRK webmaster. He will remove the link until he will get further notice.

5.The owner and the responsible person of the web site must be clear. An email addresse for getting in contact with them is mandatory.

6.The ADRK may denie to set a link.

If the above mentioned rules are neglected and if the membership fees are not paid the ADRK might remove the respective link.

7.This declaration has to be signed and sent to the ADRK office by mail or fax:
