CARE Change Control Information – August 19, 2013
Purpose: / To provide information about the CARE Change Control Release on Monday, August 19, 2013.
Background:
What’s new, changed, or
Clarified / This CARE Change Control Release will occur on Monday, August 19, 2013 starting at 6:00 am. CARE users will receive the new version when they log into CARE any time after 8:00am on Monday morning.
No action is required by users. CM/SW/CRMs should check their cases in and close CARE before leaving for the weekend on August 16, 2013.
The release will include changes to the Tribal Enrollment field located in the Client Demographic screen in CARE. DSHS created an official standard list of tribal affiliations which includes federally recognized tribes. The list will be used in multiple systems, including ProviderOne, ACES and CARE.
CARE Practice will be released with the updates on the same date, Monday, August 19, 2013.
