CONDITIONS & REGULATIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
Residential (full board, five nights): £1,375
Non-residential: £975
Additional individual tuition: £68 per hour
Additional night’s accommodation: £75
Students attending the programme are reminded that the following rules apply and will be strictly adhered to.
(1) Full fees for the course must be paid in advance.
(2) Cherwell College Oxford reserves the right to request the withdrawal of a student for any behaviour which might be considered detrimental to the smooth running of the course, or which might interfere with the studies of other students. Any refund of fees will be at the sole discretion of the College.
(3) Parents or guardians will accept full liability for any damage to property caused by malice or neglect.
(4) Cherwell College will not be liable for loss or damage to personal property.
(5)Cherwell College reserves the right to cancel any course if under subscribed. In such circumstances the student may elect to study an alternative course, receive individual tuition or obtain a full refund of fees paid. Under no other circumstances will fees be refunded.
(6)Tutorials agreed and accounted for must be attended. There will be no refund for non-attendance or cancellation.
(7)Students who leave their room in an unnecessarily untidy condition, whose behaviour or actions cause extra costs to the College or fail to return their College keys will be directly liable for such costs and will receive a supplementary account.
(8) No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be consumed in the student’s room or in any other part of the College’s premises. Failure to abide by the College’s Student and/or Cherwell House Rules will result in immediate expulsion from the course.
(9) Cherwell College reserves the right to use other premises for teaching or the Halls of Residence for accommodation should the need arise.
