Team/Project of the Quarter

Recognizes a CDTA team or project. This is a group of employees whose teamwork significantly improves the quality of our operation. They are responsible for successfullycompleting a work project that met internal or external customer needs. Team award scoring will include how projects met timelines and budget constraints (when applicable).

Leadership Award of the Quarter

The Leadership award will be given to an employee who has proven to be a role model, and uses these traits in their everyday work life. This is a leaderwho can turn negative behaviors into positive productive behaviors.This is a take charge person who inspires and motivates their co-workers.

Service Champion Award of the Quarter

This award recognizes employees for excellence in the delivery of customer service to customers. It recognizesCDTA employees who consistently exceed our customer service standards. Qualities of a service champion include delivering service with an outstanding attitude, with overwhelming courtesy, or with outstanding professionalism.

Outside the Box Award of the Quarter

This recognizes a CDTA employee who thinks like an “innovator”. They have successfully introduced new and better ways of doing things at CDTA.This award is for an employee who develops new and improved concepts or programs that increase the quality of our services while reducing and or sustaining costs.

Saved A Buck Award of the Quarter

Recognizes a CDTA employee who may not necessarily be a “bean counter”, but acts in a way that can help CDTA to save money in these lean times. The employee goes out of their way to help CDTA stay focused on the bottom line. This employee exemplifies the “do more with less” attitude by using materials efficiently, completing work assignments in a timely manner, or recommendingways to save on costs. This person demonstrates an exceptional commitment to CDTA’s profitability.

On The Street Award of the Quarter

This award recognizes a CDTA employee who demonstrates an unselfish dedication to working with and assisting customers, other organizations, charities, and people in our community.This employee’s effort make CDTA stand out in the community as an organization that cares and puts people first in everything we do.

Rookie of the Quarter

This recognizes a CDTA employee who has been with CDTA for at least 6 months and not more than two years that consistently demonstrates outstanding performance, an adherence to work rules, and an outstanding customer and team-oriented attitude. This person takes on the CDTA spirit and is successfully contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
