2 Customer Needs Data and Importance

Competitive pressures are increasingly placing businesses in a position to drivegreater revenues and profits while requiring that they manage costs more effectivelyand meet a broad range of regulatory factors. Companies are finding that a keyrequirement of meeting these pressures involves the ability to ensure access to allnecessary information at any time and from any place. Put in simple terms, companies are looking to ensure that the availability of needed information, asmeasured by the share of time that information is accessible and referred to as "Customer Need," aligns with their business requirements.

The following figure is depicting the customer Need and the importance of the need which is base on the percentage of people supported that need during the survey.

No. / Product / Need / Importance
1 / Front disc massager backpack / The backpack easy to carry and comfortable. / 5
2 / Front disc massager backpack / The backpack with affordable price. / 5
3 / Front disc massager backpack / Backpack with colorful and style. / 4

3- Competitive Benchmarking

The term “benchmarking” is relatively new but the concept is as old as competition itself. Whether in industry, sport or in other aspects of our daily lives, we continually need to reference our own performance against others. Attendance ata business convention is a graphic example.

Metric no. / Need no. / metric / Imp. / Units / Products
V1600E wheeled laptop luggage bag with folding table / Backpack with massager / Airo massaging backpack / massager backpack / Airpack
1 / 1-5 / Total mass / 3 / lb / 1.06 / 0.74 / 0.42 / 0.64 / 0.31
