This contract agreement is required in order to participate in the Grad Bash payment plan that is being offered for the Class of 2016’s Grad Bash on Friday, April 29, 2016. This contract is not valid unless it is turned in on time with the initial deposit of fifty dollars. This contract must also contain all necessary signatures.

1.  The Grad Bash payment plan will be open to all seniors at Sunlake High School; however, it will be limited to the first 50 students who turn in their completed contracts and initial deposit to Ms, Levison.

a.  No Grad Bash payment plan contracts will be accepted after Friday, November 6th at 2:00 pm or after the first 50 students turn in their contract.

2.  The Grad Bash payment plan will consist of three payment installments.

a.  The first payment of 50 dollars must be made on Friday, November 6th.

b.  The second payment of 50 dollars must be made on or before Friday, December 4th.

c.  The third and final payment of 40 dollars must be made on or before Friday, January 8th.

i.  A missed payment forfeits your reservation of a spot for Grad Bash.

3.  All Grad Bash payments must be paid with cash or by check. If paying with cash, the exact amount must be turned in; no change can be made. If paying by check, you must have the student’s id number, a telephone number, and the date that the check will be in turned in written on the check.

4.  If the contract is part of the 50 reserved spots, the student is guaranteed a spot for Grad Bash, unless he or she fails to meet the other criteria set by Sunlake High School (this includes attendance, grades, and referrals)

a.  If a student is unable to attend Grad Bash because of attendance, grades, or referrals, no money from this payment plan will be refunded.

5.  Once a student/parent makes a payment towards Grad Bash, no refunds will be offered, even if the child no longer wants to attend the event.

6.  Should any unforeseen events (death in the family, major illness, etc.) happen, the child/parent will be issued a refund of their entire payment amount.
