A RESOLUTION adjourning the Senate in loving memory and honor of Randy Alan "Robo" Evans.

With deepest respect and admiration, we pay homage and tribute to Randy Alan "Robo" Evans, and we pause in silent reverence for his soul.

WHEREAS, Randy Alan "Robo" Evans was born on June 22, 1961, a native of Ashland, Kentucky, and longtime resident of Sandy Hook, Elliott County, Kentucky, and he traversed these earthly bounds on March 2, 2001; and

WHEREAS, Randy Alan "Robo" Evans was the loving son of David "Red" Evans and Laura Ann Greene Evans, and the loving grandson of his surviving grandmother, Sara Greene; he was the devoted husband of Kelley Blair Evans; and he was the proud father of a son, Gage Alan Evans, and a daughter, Holly Howard; and

WHEREAS, Randy Alan "Robo" Evans was of the Baptist faith, and he was a large contributor to building funds of churches in his community; he was the owner of Robo's Towing and Recovery Company, and he was also the owner of a convenient store in Sandy Hook; and

WHEREAS, the passing of Randy Alan "Robo" Evans has left a void that will be difficult to fill, and he is mourned across the length and breadth of the Commonwealth;

NOW, THEREFORE,

Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:

Section 1. The Senate does hereby express its most profound sense of sorrow upon the passing of Randy Alan "Robo" Evans, and extends to his family and many friends its most heartfelt sympathy.

Section 2. When the Senate adjourns this day, it does so in loving memory and honor of Randy Alan "Robo" Evans.

Section 3. The Clerk of the Senate is hereby directed to transmit a copy of this Resolution to Mrs. Kelley Blair Evans, P. O. Box 734, Sandy Hook, Kentucky 41171.
