Dear 8th Grade Parent/Guardian,
Traditionally, booster space in the JTMS yearbook has been offered to the families of 8th Grade students to help keep down the final cost of the book. If you would like to purchase a place in the JTMS 2014 Yearbook for a personalized family message to your graduate, please follow the directions below.

  1. All submissions must be sent digitally to the JTMS Yearbook G-mail account.
  2. Compose a typed message to your child, consisting of no more than 175 characters, including spaces and punctuation. It is traditional to include a baby photo of your child. If you wish to include a photograph, please attach a digital or scanned copy to your message.
  3. Email your message and photo to . Be sure to include the first and last name of your student in the email if it is not included in message itself.
  4. Send in a payment (check or money order made out to JTMS) for $20 with your student to the Middle School. Please write “Yearbook/Family Message” on the envelope. Also, please indicate on your check or money order the name of your student(s) for whom you are purchasing a family message. Only one message will be included per student.
  5. Note #1: we cannot place the family message until payment has been received.
  6. Note #2: the cost of $20 only covers the message, not the purchase of the actual book. The pre-order deadline for personalized yearbooks was February 14. If you would still like to purchase a generic copy for your student, this can be done the last week of the school year, at a cost of $35. Although supplies are always limited, priority is given to 8th grade students.
  7. The deadline for submission is February 26, 2014. No messages will be accepted after this date and any for which payment has not been received will not be included. Space is limited, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
