NOTE: NC Falcon and NC Professional Teaching Standards Modules (updated) are to be incorporated into New Teacher Training meetings AND a part of school PLC meetings and integrated into curriculum planning meetings with staff. They must be kept at the forefront of daily instruction. Expectations and Outcomes:

·  ALL staff will have completed the online training provided by DPI associated with the RttT initiative (outlined above with *)

·  Curriculum pacing guides and frameworks will be created for ALL subject areas and include a focus on literacy and formative assessments to be implemented in 2012-13 (Workdays and PLC times will be used to create and review these documents and data over the course of this year)

·  Existing pacing guides and frameworks will be revised, as needed, and assessments updated for 2013-14 school year

·  Students will be prepared for College or Career!
