The Big Club Campaign, our Art auction and more!

- I (Linda) have been ill for quite some time now. It looks like things are slowly getting better again, but recovery takes time. This is the reason that we have not been as active as before.
- When shopping online, please do consider our foundation: there are banners on our website from Bol.com, Doelshoppen, Zooplus and 4Morgen. If you click on one of the banners and make a purchase there, you pay the same as any other customer shopping there…with the added bonus that our foundation receives a fee.
- We also started the Big Club Campaign again. You can buy lottery tickets by clicking the banner on our website, or by sending an e-mail to en . We are also still looking for people interested in selling tickets for us!
- As this is the 45th edition of our Big Club Campaign, we are able to offer organizations a super-ticket worth 50 standard tickets. And if one of our supporters orders 50 tickets, we receive these tickets for free. In this way you will be making a donation of 30 euros to our foundation, without paying extra. We realise that purchasing 50 tickets costs 150 euro, but maybe one of our supporters (organization, family chipping in or someone who really wants to help out) is able to buy such a super-ticket!
- This year the Art auction, which started on October 4th, will be organized by Pascale Schwartz and Anneke van der Mei, with technical support of ErolAlici. We already have some beautiful works of art available on our website. Do you have anything available for our auction and willing to donate it? Please contact us!
- As you know, all the proceeds of our campaigns will be used for neutering campaigns. Neutering the stray dogs of Turkey prevents a lot of animal suffering!
- At the moment we are preparing the second neutering campaign in Tavsanli. We hope for extra support so we will be able to neuter/sterilize all the (stray) dogs there.

Supported by our foundation she has been fighting for years to sterilize all the cats in her surroundings. And now it looks like it will finally pay off! After years of trying to change the mentality of the locals and trying to find help.
- As per August 1st, Murat joined the board of the StraydogsCampaign Foundation; meaning we now have all the skills we need.
- We recently published the annual social report 2016, the revenue and expenses 2016, the budget 2017 and the policy 2017-2021 on our website.
- It looks like the municipality is postponing clearing out the Forest shelter again. Murat went to Ankara to discuss this with officials and asked them for postponement. And it seems that this has made an impact.
- The dogs with Demodex mange are still doing well!
