Once you have identified your boiler, please visit your intranet site for prices, or telephone the Internal Sales Office on 01905 752640 – you will need to detail the boiler model along with any accessories you require e.g. Greenstar 30 CDI, Digital Programmer and Horizontal Flue. Prices quoted are the staff price and include VAT. If available service replacement (refurbished) prices will also be given.

Boilers are available in 5 working days providing the Sales Office is in receipt of correctly completed order form.

Bosch Thermotechnology Limited will do all that it reasonably can to meet the date provisionally given for delivery, but cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall therefore not be made liable for any loss suffered by any delivery delay.

  1. Ordering a Boiler and Accessories

Prior to ordering, please ensure that you have read the Conditions of Sale attached to the order form. Receipt of a completed order form will be taken to mean you accept these conditions.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the appliance installation conforms to all the recommended, Mandatory or Local Authority Regulations.

In all installation cases Bosch Thermotechnology insist on a Gas Safety Register registered fitter for gas or registered competent person for oil.

Conditions of Sale

  1. GENERAL
  2. All reference herein to “Worcester” shall be deemed to mean Worcester Heat Systems Limited.
  3. All references herein to “the Purchaser” shall be deemed to mean anyone whether a person or a body corporate who places an order with Worcester for goods.
  4. Reference herein to “goods” shall be deemed to include reference to a product, part or to services rendered.
  5. All goods are sold subject to the following terms and conditions. All conditions, guarantees, warranties, terms undertakings and representations, whether previously agreed in writing by an authorised officer of Worcester.
  6. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these conditions and the terms of conditions of any order or acceptance of whatever date, these conditions shall prevail.
  7. The Purchaser will be deemed to have accepted such conditions unless he has repudiated such contracts with Worcester.
  8. Any information on heat performance is based on tests carried out and past experience, but no liability for failure to obtain these results will be accepted by Worcester, unless specifically guaranteed in writing. Worcester’s liability under such guarantee shall be limited to accepting the return of the equipment in exchange for a credit note. The Purchaser is responsible for the capacity and performance of the goods being sufficient and suitable for his purpose and Worcester accepts no responsibility in this connection.
  9. All descriptions, including specifications and drawings, included in Worcester’s offer for sale are approximate only and the purchaser shall accept without redress any minor deviations therefrom. All photographs, illustrations, advertising lists and similar manner represent in a general way the type of goods concerned but do not necessarily represent in detail the particular goods which form part of the contract.
  10. Worcester reserves the right, without giving prior notice to the purchaser, to carry out alterations and improvements in design or method of manufacture. In the event of Worcester being unable to obtain any proprietary or special fitment as specified by the purchaser Worcester reserves the right to substitute any other type of fitment which may be available and which Worcester shall consider to be effectively equivalent.
  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
  2. All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax.
  3. The prices to be charged and invoiced by Worcester for any goods shall be those fixed by Worcester and prevailing at the date of despatch of such goods, notwithstanding any prices appearing in any quotation, price list, acknowledgement of order or other document issued by Worcester, unless Worcester otherwise agrees in writing prior to the date of despatch.
  4. There is no delivery charge for Bosch or Siemens employees but delivery is to site only. No delivery charge is applicable for Worcester or Clay Cross staff as items are purchased for collection only.
  5. Payment of goods in full at time of ordering only
  1. DELIVERY
  2. The estimate of time given for delivery shall run from the date on which the order is received by Worcester and the purchaser shall not have the power to make time of the essence in relation to delivery. Worcester shall in no case be liable for any loss suffered by any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
  3. If the purchaser indicates in writing to Worcester within 14 days of delivery that goods have been delivered damaged and if Worcester is satisfied that this is the case, Worcester will at it’s option either repair or replace any goods or part of goods so damaged, or allow the purchaser credit in respect thereof as fixed by Worcester. Worcester’s liability under this condition shall be limited to repair, replacing or allowing credit as aforesaid.
/ 3.3If the purchaser indicates in writing to Worcester within 14 days of delivery that the goods have been short-delivered and Worcester is satisfied that this is the case, Worcester will at it’s option make up any short delivery or allow the purchaser credit in respect thereof. Worcester’s liability under this condition will be limited to making up the delivery or allowing credit as aforesaid.
3.4If the goods have not been received within 7 days from receipt by the purchaser of the invoice in respect thereof the purchaser shall give in writing notice which must reach Worcester within 15 days of receipt of the said invoice and Worcester shall despatch to the purchaser such goods as Worcester is satisfied were not delivered or allow the purchaser credit in respect thereof. If such notice is not given and received Worcester will not be liable to the purchaser in respect thereof, and in any event Worcester’s liability shall be limited to the despatch of goods or allowing a credit as aforesaid.
  1. TRANSFER OF PROPERTY
  2. The risk in all goods sold by Worcester shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery thereof to him or to any carrier or agent acting on his behalf.
  3. The property in all goods sold by Worcester shall remain vested in Worcester until (a) payment thereof has been made and satisfied by the purchaser or (b) the risk therein shall pass to the purchaser, whichever (a) or (b) shall occur later.
  4. Worcester reserves the right of disposal of the goods until they have been paid for in full by the purchaser together with any other sums outstanding, and Worcester has the right in the event of payment not being made on the due date, with or without prior notice to the purchaser, to take possession of the goods or any part of them, which are the subject of any contract between Worcester and purchaser (or any subsidiary, parent, associated company or partner of the purchaser) to the value of all sums due to Worcester and for that purpose to go to any premises occupied by the purchaser (or any subsidiary, parent, associated company or partner of the purchaser) without prejudice to any other remedy of Worcester, and the purchaser hereby expressly authorities and grants Worcester access to such premises as aforesaid for exercise of Worcester’s rights hereunder but for no other purpose
  1. RETURN OF ITEMS
  2. If the item has been installed and within 12 months (warranty period) it should develop a fault a service call is applicable (FOC).
  3. If the item is damaged on delivery this must be notified to Worcester Returns dept. within 28 days of date of despatch.
  4. If the item is incorrectly ordered and an alternative part is required the original item must be returned within 28 days of despatch for refund. This must be accompanied by a new order for the alternative part, which must be paid in full.
  5. If an item has been despatched correctly and is no longer required by the member of staff no refund will be given.
  6. GUARANTEE
The goods sold under these conditions are covered by the terms of Worcester’s guarantee as set out on a card delivered with the goods, which terms are available for inspection at Worcester’s Registered Office in the event of omission.
  1. LIABILITY AND JURISTICTION
7.1Worcester shall not be liable to the purchaser in contract or in tort for any loss or damage, howsoever caused, whether direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise and whether suffered by the purchaser or any third party except as expressly provided in these conditions.
7.2These conditions are subject solely to English law and any dispute arising there from shall be settled in accordance therewith.

Once your order has been received and processed confirmation of the order with delivery date will be given preferably by e-mail.

For card payments, please ensure the long card number, expiry date, start date or issue number, the name printed on the front of the card and also the three digit security number on the signature strip. If you are purchasing for a relative or friend their card details or cheque can be used.
